Orthopedic Assessment

The orthopedic assessment is separate from the initial movement evaluation. This assessment includes 50 orthopedic measurements and each measurement has been thoroughly researched to insure reliability and applicability. The measurements are analyzed in order to assign the client with the exact corrective exercises to address his/her compensations. A sample, push-pull-Leg workout split is also sent to the client. Following the assessment, the next session is to review the corrective exercises and begin establishing a strong foundation. This takes the guessing out of assessing.

Initial Movement Evaluation

This initial consultation is designed to establish a clear understanding of each client’s needs and goals. During this session, I conduct a thorough review of your health background, medical and injury history, and training objectives. A detailed movement evaluation is then performed to identify strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement, allowing me to create a personalized plan that prioritizes both recovery and performance.

Personal Training

Each session is designed around your individual goals, combining corrective exercise, strength training, and mobility work to support both performance and recovery. With an assessment-based approach and a background in physical therapy, I create safe, effective workouts that help you move better, build resilience, and achieve lasting results.

Massage & Bodywork

My massage services combine therapeutic techniques such as sports massage, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and restorative bodywork to promote recovery and reduce pain. Each session is tailored to address your unique needs—whether that’s relieving stress, improving mobility, or enhancing athletic performance—so you leave feeling restored, balanced, and ready to move with ease.

Myofascial Decompression

Myofascial Decompression uses negative pressure to gently lift the skin and fascia, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and restore natural movement. This technique is effective for reducing pain, enhancing recovery, and increasing mobility, making it beneficial for athletes as well as anyone dealing with tightness, stress, or postural imbalances..
